Promotion Description:

The Resorts for a Day 10th Anniversary Giveaway celebrates our 10 year anniversary. A total of 10 winners will be randomly selected from eligible customers who book a Resort for a Day pass on our website in the month of June. One entry per household. Winners will receive a new carry-on luggage of our choosing, shipped to their home address.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the Resorts for a Day 10th Anniversary Giveaway. Contestants may mail in an entry to: Resort for a Day, 100 Quannapowitt Parkway, Suite 100. Wakefield, MA 01880. One entry per household.

Eligibility: The Resorts for a Day 10th Anniversary Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Customers who book a Resort for a Day pass with Resorts for a Day during the month of June. New bookings only. Booking will automatically be entered into the raffle. One entry per household. Entry may also be mailed in as instructed above, no purchase necessary.
• Employees of Resorts for a Day and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Geographic Location: The Resorts for a Day 10th Anniversary Giveaway is open to participants within the US with a valid mailing address as prizes will be mailed, where permitted by law.

Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

How to Enter: To enter the Resorts for a Day 10th Anniversary Giveaway, participants must:

1 - Customers who book a Resort for a Day pass with Resorts for a Day during the month of June. New bookings only. Booking will automatically be entered into the raffle. One entry per household. Entry may also be mailed in as instructed above; no purchase necessary. 10 winners will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive a new carry-on luggage of our choosing or if they are a travel agent they will receive an Amazon gift card. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

2 - Travel Agents, Bonus commission raffle: Agents must be registered under our Resort for a Day travel agent program. Every booking made through the agents’ affiliate ID link from June 1 – June 30, 2023 will automatically be entered into the raffle for bonus commission. 10 winners will be randomly selected in early July. Winners will be notified via email and the $100 bonus Amazon gift card will be awarded electronically. One winner per affiliate ID. Amazon gift card prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection: The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period of June 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023. The selection of winners will take place at the beginning of July 2023.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the booking process. Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the given timeframe or is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions, Resorts for a Day reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Privacy: By participating in the Resorts for a Day 10th Anniversary Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that Resorts for a Day may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Resorts for a Day's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability: Resorts for a Day and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Giveaway, including but not limited to any technical, network, or human error that may occur. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold Resorts for a Day harmless from any such liability.
