Located on 7,000 acres in La Romana on the southeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, this resort offers something for everyone. This resort has some of the best private beaches in La Romana. Think clear turquoise water, white sand, and palm trees swaying in the breeze. Minitas Beach, the resort's private beach, is perfect for relaxing during your day in port. |
| Getting There: | The CASA de CAMPO Resort & Villas is located at Higuey Hwy, La Romana 22000, Dominican Republic. Taxi service is readily available at the La Romana cruise port, with drivers accepting cash and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The resort is about a 5-minute taxi ride from the port, costing approximately $30 each way. Upon arrival, your taxi will first stop at the Concierge Club, located just before the main gate on the right, where you will register (a process that typically takes no more than 5 minutes while the driver waits). After registration, you will proceed to the main gate, where your name will be on the list, and you will need to present your passport for entry. The taxi will then take you to Minitas Beach Club. When ready to return to the ship, the Minitas Beach Club Reception Desk can call a taxi for you. It is recommended that you head back to the ship at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. All taxis at the main gate have authorized access to the resort, ensuring smooth transportation to and from the port. |
