I would like to start off by thanking you, our valued customers for your steady support of our brand and the experience that we offer. We are proud to have serviced over 350,000 day pass guests. Rest assured, our team is on the job. Our staff is working from the safety of their homes and available to assist you 7 days a week as usual. We are here for you, and will continue to be here for you.
We continue to closely follow the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation both domestically and abroad, and I want to update you on the steps we have been taking in light of this ever-changing situation.
ENHANCED Cancellation Policy
In order to give you the flexibility to make informed decisions about your travel plans, we have implemented an enhanced cancellation policy during this time. If for any reason you change your mind about your day pass; you have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule up until 48 hours prior to your cruise departure. This policy has been extended for travel through September 30, 2022.
PEACE OF MIND Cruise Monitoring
As is our standard practice, our dedicated team continually monitors cruise line itinerary changes and cancellations to assist you so that you can have a worry-free experience:
Cancelled Sailings: Should your sailing be cancelled in it's entirety; we will automatically refund your purchase in full. No action is needed on your part; your refund is automatically processed by our customer support team.
Missed Port of Call: If your cruise ship is unable to dock at the planned port during the duration of your cruise, we will automatically refund your purchase.
Itinerary Changes: If your cruise itinerary changes once departed, we will advise our resort partners and your existing passes will still be valid on your new day in port!
