"We went to Jewel's Paradise Cove for a second time in Feb 2019. Our first trip was on a rainy day, so we decided to give it another shot. The resort is adults only, and is far from over crowded. After chatting with some of the guests staying there for the week, we are really excited to plan a trip to this resort. One person, who has a lot of experience with different all inclusive resorts, said this one was his favorite, and that they were on their second trip. The food was outstanding for our lunch, and we made a point to try the pizza which was very good too. All the drinks you want, and a special every day. 3 separate pools, all with their own personality. This is a fantastic place and we will be back for a longer stay." - Jim, March 6, 2019
"Sometimes when you go to an all-inclusive as a day guest you get treated a bit like a second rate guest. Not here at all! We were there on Valentines Day. They kept inviting us to participate in the group games. They rearranged loungers so we could all sit together. In terms of amenities, they had it all. It was clean, nice and never felt crowded. Two of us did the massage. It was good. All of us did the water sports: paddle board and kayak and had fun. We food was great and we could not have asked for a better experience. Now, we did come with a whole stack of ones and fives. We didn't tip excessively, but we did thank a lot of people all throughout the day. Even with the added tips, this was still a great value compared to some of the ship excursions. Transportation there and back was easy and delightful." - Dee, March 6, 2019
"My wife and I had adjust our original schedule because the ship switched days on us. Once I got to finding the 800 number on the confirmation, the call into Resort for a Day resolved my issue very quickly and made the schedule change. The biggest difficulty was to locate the transportation. There are very little signs indicating where to pick up the shuttle bus in Falmouth. In any event, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. The facilities were very good and clean. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Bottom line is that I would highly recommend the Jewel Paradise Cove." - John, February 13, 2019
"We were there on 1/1/19. It was easy to find transportation at port and transportation was comfortable. Resort was about 25 minute drive away. Resort was gated and felt very secure/comfortable. We had breakfast buffet which was good. Pools and activities were nice. Best part was relaxing on white sand beach in shade. Adult beverages included were good. We enjoyed the smoothies (not alcoholic). For lunch we went to the Jamaican BBQ (chicken and pork) which was fabulous. Definitely work the price!" - VJD, January 12, 2019
"Used resortforaday.com to purchase a day pass to the amazing Jewel Paradise Cove Resort. We came in on a cruise ship and it included transportation to and from. We were met in port by a nice gentleman who showed us landmarks along a 30 minute ride. Pulling into the hotel it was beautiful outside and inside. Check in was easy and includes use of hotel towels. We rented a cabana for a little extra to make our stay more enjoyable and to be able to stay out of the sun when we wanted to. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel is adults only and all inclusive. All the food and drinks you want. The bob marley drinks were great. We had the jerk chicken for lunch which is awesome. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and waterside. The ocean there is perfect and calm. They have a secluded area we also snorkeled and saw amazing fish. Will definitely plan to come back on any further cruise stops in Jamaica and also plan a longer week stay here to enjoy it longer. Thanks Jewel for your hospitality." - Mike, October 11, 2019 |
