Resort for a Day Experience:	Your Day Pass to Cozumel's Grand Beach Club is the perfect place to spend in port with family & friends. Come hungry, because it includes unlimited food and an open bar. The water park features Buccaneer's Bay kids area; a lagoon-pool full of fun activities including a pirate ship, water-canons, water sprays & animal slides. Looking to engage in some water sports? Standard kayaks, water bicycles, floating mats & inner tubes are included with your day pass! PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning to enter the ocean on your visit, you are required to rinse off any sunscreen or sunblock before doing so. This is to prevent further damage to the diseased Coral Reefs in Cozumel. To prevent sun exposure, we recommend wearing UV protective clothing & hats instead.
Resort Description:	Playa Mia Grand Beach Park offers multiple swimming pools & a water park including: Buccaneer’s Bay, Oasis Island, the Floating Park and the Twin Twister waterslide. In additon, you can lounge on the beautiful stretch of white sand beach or cool off in the ocean.
Getting There:	Round trip transportation to & from the cruise pier is included! Transfer Pick Up: Hourly departures from 9am to 12pm local time from central meeting point as outlined below and also included on your printed day pass. Puerta Maya Cruise Pier: Arrive at the Royal Village shopping center meeting point. In order to find it, walk outside the cruise terminal & once outside, facing the street and with the sea to your back walk to the left and look for the Hard Rock Café at this shopping center, the big guitar can be seen from the street. The Playa Mia booth is located right in front the Hard Rock Café or you can also search for our retail store behind the Punta del Cielo Coffee Shop. International Cruise Pier: Walk outside the cruise terminal & in front of the pier you will find the Royal Village shopping center. Cross the street at the pedestrian crossing to find the Playa Mia booth at the mall’s main entrance, just in front of the Hard Rock Café, or you can also search for our retail store behind the Punta del Cielo coffee shop. Punta Langosta Cruise Pier: The Playa Mia meeting point is located inside the cruise terminal, in front of the Duty Free store. Transfer Return: Hourly departures from Playa Mia run 12pm to 5pm local time. Check your ship's departure times so you know when to head back. Be aware if your ship's time is different from local Cozumel time. Guests (you!) are fully responsible for transferring back to your cruise ship by the all-aboard time. Please note, although Playa Mia closes at 6 PM, the last departing transfer is at 5 PM local time. HOURS & CHECK-IN: Enjoy your resort day pass anytime from 9:00am-5:00pm, which is the last transfer departure. Present this PRINTED pass at the front desk upon arrival.
What's Not Included:	Towels, lockers and umbrellas are available for rent Hobie cats and clear kayaks Beverage shots are not provided for safety reasons Items of a personal nature Optional conveniences, such as á-la-carte menu, snorkel gear rental, wave runners, parasailing, fish therapy + nails & spa and more are available for purchase upon arrival at the beach club.
What To Know Before You Go:	Purchasing your Resort for a Day shore excursion day pass is simple. Make your online purchase and your resort passes are emailed to you within the same day. Simply print your passes and bring them with you on your trip. Passes are required upon check-in at the resort. Resort For a Day excursion passes can be purchased up until the day before you are in port. However, availability is very limited at Playa Mia Grand Beach Park, so book early to secure your space.

The bathrooms were clean. Lunch was good. The drinks were plentiful! The views were amazing and there were lots of options if you didn't want to just sit in a chair! We sat in the water and had a wonderful time!!! I would recommend this place! And Goodie took great care of us and kept us in drinks all day long! - Kristi Our stay at the Playa Mia Grand was extremely nice. The transportation to and from the ship was flawless and on time. The beach server was incredible and never let us run out of drinks. VICTOR should get 5 stars for his service. He was spot on with the Micheladas! Highly recommend this stay!- Dave We had a great time at Playa Mia! The waterslides and inflatable water park was a hit with our daughter. Our attendent greeted us and was attentive all day bringing drinks as requested. He picked a great area close to all the park amenities. We enjoyed the buffet lunch and the swimming pool as well!
