I think this had to be the 10th time that we have cruised to the Bahamas! We wanted to try something different and decided to try a Resort for the Day for the first time. My husband and I had an amazing experience. The food was just delicious and the views were perfect. The liquor was not bad either. - Yashica, July 16 This was my first experience with RIU in Nassau and it was perfect! We had a day pass since we arrived on a cruise. Small sized resort but it offered everything you need. I especially loved that it was adults only. Great staff! Beautiful infinity pool and swim up bar area. Beautiful beach. I definitely plan to return! - Anonymous, December 3 Myself, my husband and another couple decided to book a resort for the day while on Nassau. We grabbed a cab from the pier. The trip was 5 minutes or so. We were welcomed by warm and friendly staff members. We participated in fun activities at the pool. The food was great. The drinks flowed the entire time. The beach was nice. We will return to both the resort and the site resorts for a day. - Janice, November 29 I really enjoyed the RIU. It is a short cab ride over to Paradise Island from the cruise pier. Having everything included really helped. We enjoyed the food, the bar and the beautiful beach. The facilities are really nice and beautiful as well. Great atmosphere, with no kids. Only thing is that this is a public beach so lots of people trying to sell things. - Vanessa, October 19 RIU Palace day pass was so much more than we expected. The resort is gorgeous. The swim up bar was awesome. The bartenders were extremely friendly as were the check in staff. We will definitely visit this resort again. The only advice I have is to bring a change of clothes. We spent the day at the resort while our cruise ship was docked there. We just wore our bathing suits and coverups so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the indoor restaurants and they did look delicious. We will definitely visit this resort again! - Michele, August 22 |
