Located in the capital of St. Maarten, the Seaview Beach Hotel occupies a historic 1950s property with stunning views of the boardwalk and city center. The resort is located about an 8 minute drive, or a 27 minute walk from your cruise port. Taxi service is readily available at the cruise pier. Please keep in mind that due to traffic, the return taxi ride can take twice as long. We always suggest you depart the resort at least 2 hours prior to your ship’s scheduled departure time. Make your online purchase and your resort passes are emailed to you within the same day. Simply print your passes and bring them with you on your trip. Passes are required upon check-in at the resort. Resort For a Day passes can be purchased up until the day before you are in port. However, availability at the  Seaview Beach Hotel in St. Maarten is very limited, so book early to secure your space.  Seaview is a smoke free property. The $30 food and beverage credit included in the day pass it to be used at the Seaview Beach and Pool Bar. The food and beverage credit applies solely to the cost of food and beverages. Please note that tips and service charges are not included and must be paid by the guest.
